 Polaris World is owned by Polaris World Development, S.L. and is marketed through independent agents, mainly in the UK, Spain, Ireland and Scandinavia. It consists of 7 golf resort developments in Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain.
A major attraction of the developments is that they are centred around Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses. Each golf course is built adjacent to apartments, townhouse and villas . Polaris World are the largest golf resort developer in Murcia. These Polaris World resorts vary in size from 55 - 900 hectares. The average size is about 100 - 150 hectare in size. The first resort to be completed was Mar Menor, which is in the process of being extended. La Torre is also fully finished and is a shining example of the outstanding product which Polaris World is famous for. Condado de Alhama is the largest resort and contains 3 golf courses.
